When you purchase wall panels from us for a large project, such as cladding an exterior wall, we strongly recommend that you apply for a permit from your municipality prior to the work.
Obtaining the proper permits is crucial to ensuring that your project meets all local regulations and building codes.  

Please note: We are not responsible for the municipality’s decision regarding your permit application.
Therefore, please ensure that you take all the required steps to obtain the necessary approvals before you begin installing our wall panels.

We are here to support you with advice and information about our products, but the responsibility for obtaining the proper permits lies with you, the customer.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your project runs smoothly and meets all legal requirements.

Prices and Quotations
Prices in quotations are not final unless both parties have signed the quotation.
Errors and misinformation reserved.
Aydodeco reserves the right to cancel a quote at any time without reason.

Reflection period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order.
Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

No right of withdrawal is valid for purchases in the physical store. The right of withdrawal is a right that is valid for sales that have taken place outside the physical store such as a telephone purchase or via the Internet.
Products purchased in the showroom or physical store can not be returned, unless otherwise agreed or stated on the receipt.

Return policy online (ordered via internet or distance)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product.
You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account.
These costs are approximately 8.95 per package (depending on weight), for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please use the form below or contact us at [email protected].
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you.
So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Product exchange?
Would you like to exchange your product?
That’s no problem at all.
You can contact [email protected] for this.
However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

I provided the wrong delivery address!
Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to change the order for you.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Products of a personal nature.
Think of wall panels with a photo print of a personal nature or style.
Please note all products that can be ordered through the webshop can be returned.

Liability and Damages
Aydo Deco is not liable for direct or indirect damages as a direct or indirect result of improper use and / or incorrect assembly of products. 
We make every effort to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and post as detailed as possible all information, knowledge and photos on the website.

Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen occasionally that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.

Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned.
We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] .
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission.
This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the platform of the European Union.

Warranty

  • you have at least 2 years warranty on all products we offer at Aydodeco. 
  • some products have a longer/extended manufacturer’s warranty. This is always indicated and described with the product.

Excluded from warranty:

  • damage caused by pests
  • damage caused by external calamity (whether or not intentional) bumping, scratching, applying extreme pressure or temperatures.
  • Damage caused by aggressive cleaning agents (think chlorine, degreasers etc)
  • discoloration (all products will discolor slightly due to influences of artificial and natural light)
  • Improper mounting (means) improper use of mounting means or unsuitable mounting means
  • Improper use of products. This includes, for example, not impregnating certain wall panels that can be used in the kitchen or outdoors provided they are impregnated.
  • overdue maintenance; inadequate maintenance (e.g., impregnation) 
  • transport damage (here we provide service of course, but the transport company is responsible for the damage)
  • Wear and traces of use 
  • Products made of real wood can attract insects due to their natural structure.
    In particular, woodworms and other harmful insects can damage these products.
    Therefore, we recommend having your real wood products treated with insecticides on a regular basis.
    Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur if this precaution is not taken.

Both consumer and seller have both, rights and obligations.
When in doubt about products or services, we would like to ask you to contact us by mail or phone.
We would also like to point out that you as a consumer have a duty to investigate.
This to avoid ambiguities and possible disappointment or too high expectations.
Aydo Deco is a very reliable company which is a company which specializes in beautiful, durable and affordable wall coverings since 2016.
Quality and service are of paramount importance.
If there are any misunderstandings, we are happy to resolve them with you and will do everything possible to keep the consumer 100% satisfied.
