Ordering & Payments

Samples, kit, 3D stone panels, hexagon filt-wood acoustic panels, self-adhesive mosaics and self-adhesive stone strips we can send to most countries in europe. With the exception of countries in the United Kingdom

“Samples, kit, 3D stone panels, hexagon filt-wood acoustic panels, self-adhesive mosaics and self-adhesive stone strips are delivered by PostNL. In most cases you can assume that a product longer than one and a half meters can no longer be delivered by PostNL.
This means we have to use another delivery service, such as our in-house delivery service or XXLcargo.”

“This depends mainly on the size of the package, priority mail from PostNL is often delivered within five business days and usually the very next day (provided it is ordered here before 3 p.m.).
Our in-house delivery service and XXLcargo maintain five to 10 business days.”

“This depends on the delivery service and your minimum order amount. When it comes to shipping with PostNL, the cost usually comes out to 8.95. If your total amount is higher than 50,- we ship it for free provided we can deliver it with PostNL.
For larger products, regardless of the total amount, we charge 50,- for delivery within the Netherlands and 70,- for delivery within Belgium.”

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver beyond the first threshold of the property, this is due to our delivery driver’s busy schedule and his safety. So please note that someone will be present to help our delivery driver unload.

Our Natural Stone and PVC Wall Panels are flexible, but this does not save much space. So keep in mind that you can fit 260*122cm in your cargo space. Do you have only SPC wall panels? Then make sure you have 96*50*50cm per panel available; as these are rollable.

“Yes! We have two ways to order samples: through a sample package in our webshop, where you can order 5 samples per category for 10,-
In addition, all products -which have a sample available- have a button on the product page saying ‘Order a sample’ for 4,- each.
Furthermore, you can complete the order as usual after which we will send the samples as soon as possible.”

We always encourage you to order an extra panel or bottle of mounting kit so you don’t run short during installation. So bottles of kit and tiles or panels that are left over can simply be returned or sent within our return period of fourteen days. If you use PostNL, the shipping costs are for your own account.

“For online orders you can use iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact, ING Home pay, Credit card, Klarna, in3.
In the store it is also possible to pay with debit card or cash. (We do not accept banknotes of 200,- and 500,-)”

Assembly

Most of our products have a calculator on the product page. If you enter the required height and perimeter of your project here, the page will suggest the number of panels/tiles and a recommendation for the amount of cans of mounting sealant.
Generally we recommend 2 per panel, 3 cans per panel for bathrooms and toilets.
1 Can of silicone sealant is sufficient for 4 panels.

Make sure it is grease-free and as even/level as possible. This is especially important for our self-adhesive products so that the tiles fit together neatly. The SPC and PVC panels will suffer less from this.

Unevenness in the underlayment can cause mounds in the wall panels though, this is especially visible in the glossy layer of the PVC panels.

Basically, all PVC and SPC panels work for ceilings and floors as well, although we have SPC vinyl floor panels that are better suited for floors. These have a 33/AC5 rating, which means they are even suitable for heavy commercial foot traffic.
When attaching to the ceiling, keep in mind especially the weight of the panels. You may need to anchor them with screws instead of just mounting sealant.

PVC, SPC, EPS, aluminum and vinyl are all water-repellent materials. An sich, therefore, these will not allow moisture to pass through. So in areas where there is a lot of moisture, we always recommend using silicone sealant to seal the seams, or a combination of silicone sealant and a profile.
When installing floor tiles for the shower cubicle, we recommend using more than enough sealant in combination with an adhesive pliers, so that as little air as possible is possible between the tile and floor.

We do not have an assembly service. In general, most products are chosen to be installable by most people themselves. One ZZP’er who is familiar with our products is Patrick Gussenhoven of P/G Bouw & Montage and always refer to him for customers who need help with assembly.

You can easily remove the self-adhesive stone strips and mosaic tiles using a heat dryer. Making the tiles thoroughly warm will soften the adhesive. You can then carefully cut the tiles loose with a stripping knife. Any adhesive residue can be easily removed with a damp sponge.
Panels mounted with mounting adhesive are not meant to be removed again, so this is almost impossible to do without damage.

Product specifications

No, the panels as listed on the website and as they hang in our showroom are the largest sizes we can supply that particular product in.

No, we cannot guarantee the correct finishing of the products according to the customer’s wishes. Almost all of our products are packed in the factory and are also delivered to our customer that way.

No, the products as listed on the website are the only variation of a specific panel. Some patterns are so popular that we have them in the form of both matte SPC panel, glossy PVC and floor tile, such as Hotel Chiq. But we cannot have the patterns and colors customized upon request.

Most of our products can already be cut to size with a ruler and Stanley knife, although in most cases a circular saw works a little more conveniently. For the natural stone panels, we recommend a diamond saw with fine teeth. The self-adhesive natural stone panels are easy to cut to size with tin shears, and for the self-adhesive mosaics, we recommend a vinyl/laminate cutter, which can be rented from most rental companies.

Maintenance

In most cases, we recommend using green soap or all-purpose cleaner, but not heavy chemical cleaning products such as chlorine or bleach.
Also avoid using a pressure washer when cleaning EPS products. For this, simply use green soap and water as it comes out of the garden hose.

Only for our natural stone slabs and EPS panels, we recommend that you impregnate them annually with our facade impregnation to prevent the color from changing quickly and to be more resistant to stains.
For the first time, we recommend two coats of natural stone panels.
