Shipping of small products via PostNL

For items shorter than 1.50m we use PostNL. Shipping costs for both the Netherlands and Belgium are €8.95. For orders above €100,- we do not charge shipping costs.

This concerns our:

You will receive a Track & Trace code from us to keep track of your shipment. PostNL maintains a maximum of 5 business days, but in practice the shipping time is often only 1 business day. More information about PostNL shipments can be found here.

(When a Track & Trace code is active, the shipment is out of our hands. We cannot make any adjustments to the shipment or share any information about it from then on. In case of delivery problems, we will always refer to PostNL customer service)

PostNL does not deliver on Sundays. As long as an order is made before 3 p.m., you can expect the following:

ordered Monday is delivered Tuesday
Tuesday ordered is Wednesday delivered
Thursday ordered is Friday
Friday ordered is Saturday delivery
Saturday ordered is Tuesday in house
Sunday ordered is Tuesday delivered

Shipping large products

Some products cannot be shipped by PostNL and are delivered by XXLcargo or our in-house delivery service.
Shipping costs are:
Netherlands: €54.95
Belgium: €74.95

In case the delivery is handled by XXLcargo, please pay attention to your E-mail inbox so you can confirm that you are present for the specified delivery time. If you do not: they will try again a week later.

Please note that both delivery services are currently very busy. We allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

In the event that you are not present to receive the delivery, a delivery person will use the data you transmitted.

If no clear instructions can be agreed upon for leaving the materials behind, the delivery person will take them again. A new delivery attempt will then also be charged for shipping costs again.
