Delivery times from Aydo Deco

As described with our products, we apply the rule “Ordered before 15:00 tomorrow!”*

Sometimes a delivery can take longer than expected.
Once your have received a track and trace code from us, the responsibility lies with PostNL.
They too can sometimes be slightly delayed due to various reasons.
Of course, this is indicated on the track and trace page of PostNL.

You will receive a track and trace code from us via email at all times.
This happens the moment your package is packed and ready for shipment.

Note! This can only be done on weekdays.
PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and we do not deliver anything to the postal service on Sundays.

Specifically, this means the following;

• ordered Monday is delivered Tuesday
• Tuesday ordered is Wednesday delivered
• Thursday ordered is Friday
• Friday ordered is Saturday delivery
• Saturday ordered is Tuesday in house
• Sunday ordered is Tuesday delivered

Special Transportation!
Some deliveries are made with special transport.
This means that in some cases we do not choose PostNL, but to deliver with our own vans.
You will then receive a message about this to discuss the delivery time.
This happens especially with large orders or very fragile products.

Have you ordered Marble XL wall panels AKU panels or XL Products?
Then we will provide safe, damage-free delivery with special transportation.
The delivery time of the above can take 3 to 10 business days.
Also for large orders, we usually deliver your order ourselves.
The delivery time is then slightly longer shipping with PostNL, in some cases even faster.

Shipping costs of products
For regular items delivered by PostNL we charge no shipping costs from €50,-.
Delivery in the Netherlands is free from €50,-.

Shipments to Belgium cost €8.95

Some products cannot be delivered by PostNL.
Products such as AKU panels and Marble Panels are therefore delivered by special transport for €49.95
