Returning Orders
Occasionally you may wish to return an order. Whatever the reason for the return, you have 14 days to return your order.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your order. You do not need to provide a reason for this.
PLEASE NOTE! OUTLET PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED

Return policy online (ordered online, by phone or distance)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Costs charged for post-payment or spread payment are at all times the responsibility of the customer. These will not be refunded. Only the return costs from your home to the webshop are for  own account. These costs are approximately €8.95 per package (depending on weight and size), for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please use the form below or contact us at [email protected] . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
PLEASE NOTE! OUTLET PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED

With the brick 3D Wall Panels made of EPS / Styrofoam / ISOMO, it is very important to pack the product carefully and place the corner profiles correctly. With this type of panels it happens regularly that the products are returned damaged.

Cancel order?
You can also cancel your order. If your order has not yet been processed, this can of course be done completely free of charge. Is your order already processed and on its way? Then the normal return procedure as described above applies.

Product Exchange?
Would you like to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact [email protected] for this. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Products of personal nature. Think products with a photo print of personal nature or style.
Please note all products that can be ordered through the web shop can be returned.

Orders with special transport / transport
Some products cannot be delivered with normal transport from PostNL. Therefore, we take care of the delivery of these products ourselves. The products are either too big or too fragile to be delivered by regular postal companies. An appointment will be made after your order. You cannot return this product yourself. We collect the products ourselves at a price of €49.95. For Belgium we charge €74,95.

Exchanges and returns on in-store purchases
No right of withdrawal is valid for purchases in the physical store. The right of withdrawal is a right that is valid for sales that have taken place outside the physical store such as a telephone purchase or via the Internet.
Products purchased in the showroom or physical store can not be returned, unless otherwise agreed or stated on the receipt.

We at Aydo Deco think solution-oriented and always think with the customer. In some cases, even though you have no legal recourse, we will be willing to provide a good solution. However, this should be a reasonable solution for both parties.
A specific example is that we do not take back or exchange items that were purchased more than 14 days ago or have since been removed from the range.

IMPORTANT:
Orders that we have delivered ourselves may not be returned by regular mail. This is how we prevent damage.

An order we have sent via PostNL, may be returned via PostNL or other parcel service.

A delivery delivered via the carrier “XXL Cargo” or via our own driver. May only be returned via the same route (these return costs are €49.95 +€19.95 per colli in the Netherlands and €74.95 +€19.95 per collie in Belgium) 

A delivery we have delivered ourselves may only be picked up by us in return (for this we charge €49.95 +€19.95 per collie and in Belgium €74.95 +€19.95 per collie)
