Warranty at Aydo Deco
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen occasionally that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/ As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at
http://ec.europa.eu/odr
. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
Warranty
- you have at least 2 years warranty on all products we offer at Aydodeco.
- some products have a longer/extended manufacturer’s warranty. This is always indicated and described with the product.
- damage caused by pests
- damage caused by external calamity (whether or not intentional) bumping, scratching, applying extreme pressure or temperatures.
- Damage caused by aggressive cleaning agents (think chlorine, degreasers etc)
- discoloration (all products will discolor slightly due to influences of artificial and natural light)
- Improper mounting (means) improper use of mounting means or unsuitable mounting means
- Improper use of products. This includes, for example, not impregnating certain wall panels that can be used in the kitchen or outdoors provided they are impregnated.
- overdue maintenance; inadequate maintenance (e.g., impregnation)
- transport damage (here we provide service of course, but the transport company is responsible for the damage)
- Failure to impregnate or wrong impregnation agent.
- Not good money back is a term we use and it refers to our return policy. Don’t like a product? Then you can register it within 14 days return and then you also have 14 days to return it.
